Basic diagnostics (60 min)
Data encryption (60 min)
Install cryptographic software that will enable you to encrypt, decrypt and digitally sign email and other documents. Price includes new key, new SSL certificate, and a brief tutorial.
New computer set-up (60 min)
Will set up and configure new computer, and take away hardware for recycling. Price includes configuring peripherals.
Virus removal (60 min)
Seek and remove detected viruses.
Basic wireless set-up (60 min)
Basic configuration to connect residential wireless router to Internet. Configuring for security is not included.
Advanced wireless set-up (60 min)
Connects residential wireless router to Internet and configures router's security settings.
Wireless security (60 min)
Configure security settings of currently working residential wireless router.
Data recovery (60 min)
Logical data recovery such as accidental deletions. Attempts to recover lost files or partitions.
MBR repair (60 min)
Repair the master boot record to enable proper booting of computer.
Password recovery (60 min)
Restore user password. Client must show proof of ownership of compromised machine.
Registry repair (60 min)
Restore configuration settings and options on Microsoft Windows operating systems.
Install software (60 min)
Download and install open source program. Price is per installation and includes brief tutorial on new program. Client must have access to Internet.
Install new OS (single boot) (60 min)
Vendor's choice of GNU/Linux OS. Single boot: the original OS will be deleted and data destroyed before the new OS is installed. Price includes updating new OS and configuring peripherals.
Install new OS (dual boot) (60 min)
Vendor's choice. Dual boot: a new OS will be installed along side current OS, and both will be configured to peacefully coexist. Price includes updating new OS and configuring peripherals.

  3. Sales tax applies to all services rendered.

  4. Payment due at time of service (cash or cheque only).
